The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, also known as Baron and Baroness Carrickfergus, attend the Irish Guards St. Patrick’s Day Parade at Mons Barracks in Aldershot, Hampshire. The Duke, in ceremonial dress, wore the insignia of a Personal Aide-de-Camp to The Queen on his shoulder which was bestowed on him today. As Colonel-in-Chief of the Regiment, the Duke received the first shamrock of the day from his wife, the Duchess.
